I called John' Garage door Service the morning after my garage spring broke. They told me they would have a guy come out between 11am and 1pm and Chris called just after 11am that he was on his way which made me happy because sooner is always better than later. He was friendly in greeting me and professional in introducing himself. Chris offered several choices for our replacement which was really nice because having options that fits your needs can also help with your budget too if that's your biggest concern. We went with the higher end with the springs rated for 30k cycles 5 year warranty. Our garage door is used pretty excessively as it's practically our front door so this option made sense for us. We made small talk while he gathered his tools and materials and prepared to take the job on right away. He was done in just a little over an hour. Chris earned his 5 stars by being exceptional in all aspects of his job. Thank you John's Garage Door Services for hiring a real asset to your company.

Service was Great! Came quick and finished quick. Had my Torque master system replaced with a standard torsion system due to the spring breaking by the Tech Michael. He was very straight forward and laid out my options with no pressure or being pushy. After doing all my research previously, replacing my current system was the more beneficial option. Longevity and cost wise. Dan who set up my appointment was also very informative and got everything set up exactly at the time promised. Michael came right on time and got everything replaced in less than an hour. Thank you guys for the great service and fixing the inconvenience of having a broken garage on a weekend.

AMAZING!! ON A SUNDAY!!! YES!!! From my initial call for a service to arriving, explaining my options, to going pick a new garage opener, installing it to completion with precision and care and the final tutorial on how the new garage opener works (11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.), Dan was AMAZING! 🤩 Dan was very easy to talk with, and he made me feel genuinely comfortable about everything! My old annoying, loud and obnoxious garage opener is no longer! My new Chamberlain is CRAZY QUIET ! 🤐 🤩😊 DAN, THANK YOU 🙏
