DSP Did everything Right the first time! I had CarPlay installed at another shop and because I have a DVD installed I didn't want to remove the surround system and they did. Well I was referred to DSP to fix their mistake! I went in spoke with the nice lady at the front to schedule my install date. We went over everything needed parts and labor on the screen. Schedule time was no hassle either worked with my schedule . After installing the technician came out and talked about the install and showed a couple of settings. I think they did an awesome job and satisfied with the customer service and Technician knowledge. I would definitely recommend

Eddy and Jessica were great. Extremely friendly and helpful. Eddy is an honest businessman and very knowledgeable in the car stereo field. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles back to him when I need stereo work done. Thank you.

I had a great experience at DSP! My son wanted 6x9 speakers in the (very small) backseat of his pick up truck. I had purchased the speakers and boxes online and brought them to DSP to see about installing them. In hindsight, I regret not going to DSP before purchasing the speakers because they had better ideas in terms of what would be feasible. Regardless, they were happy to work with the equipment we purchased and were very creative in installing them in a very tight space. I was honestly very impressed. The work was high quality and the speakers sound great! They also expedited the work for us as my son was heading off to college. The tech (Eddy) worked after hours to get the work done. Overall, I had a great experience at DSP and will definitely be a return customer!

My car radio suffered delamination of the touch screen causing it to freeze. I was told that replacing it at the dealer would be very expensive so I found DSP on line, When I went to my appointment for my free estimate, Eddy Lamour took the time to find a replacement radion that would do all the things I needed for hundreds of dollars less than the dealer. However, before we ordered the radio, he suggested I contact the car manufacturer because delamination was a common problem with these radios. I did contact the manufacturer and they provided me with a new radio for a very low price. Eddy was gracious and understanding why I was not going to use his services. This is an inspiring story of honesty and integrity. Eddy put his customer first over his potential gain and I am grateful. Had a non-working stereo system on 12 years old car. Submitted inquiry on their website, and received reply from Jessica within hours. In emails, setup an appointment to get diagnosis and quote. Came back one week later for the installation. Eddy completed the job in just about two hours. The activation and connection was easy. The new system has an external microphone, and works great as expected. Jessica and Eddy were both very professional.
