I tried this place with my husband and son and it was our first time. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the food options. The food was great! I loved that they have gluten free and protein pasta options. The sourdough bread was to die for. We will definitely be back.

I had such a wonderful experience! The hostess walked us through the menu with care and offered fantastic recommendations. What really stood out was how kind and patient the entire team was. Our first pasta dish came out a bit too salty, but the Dué Cucina staff immediately offered to remake it and quickly pinpointed what had gone wrong. The remade dish was absolutely delicious—perfectly balanced and full of flavor. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made the meal truly enjoyable.

Due' Cucina is a small Italian restaurant that makes their pasta fresh right infront of you. It's very simple to do, you pick you noodle, sauce, and toppings so the food items are very customizable. We ordered the Short Rib Pasta, mushroom and chicken meatball spaghetti, and a upscale version of Mac and Cheese for our children. All of which were amazing. I recommend this place and we will definitely come back.

What a gem! We were on our way to dine at another nearby restaurant when we spotted this joint & decided to be nosey & pop in. So glad we did! Yes, you need to order\refill at the counter, & you need to clean up after yourself. These are not inconveniences, these small steps help to keep prices affordable. The manager, Ross, was friendly, gave us a quick menu tour. We had a glass of wine & ordered their fried rice balls while we perused the menu. Pours are generous & prices are delightful. Only 10 minutes in the place & we were already texting our friends about our new find. We are not meat eaters, so we were happy to see so many options for us. After enjoying a full glass of wine we finally settled on the pesto spaghetti & pomodoro with casarecce, & focaccia with another glass. What a treat for the taste buds! The pomodoro was not drowning in sauce, as it tends to be at other places. Tho I wish it had more spinach (personal want, not necessary). The pesto had incredible flavor. Not too many restaurants offer fresh noodles. Which was an added bonus of not catching a food coma as the dishes were cooked perfectly al dente. The focaccia needs to come in a queen bed size. So pillowy soft I could have slept on it. The taste was top shelf! The restaurant is perfectly situated on the route we run our errands makes it a perfect place to pop in to grab a bite prior to adulting. Yup, this is going to be a frequent stop.

It was a very pleasant surprise finding this Italian food place and hidden gem in Dallas! We were a party of four. The main dishes are based in a variety of pasta shapes and sauces. My main plate was fusilloni al dente with fresh pesto sauce. It was excellent, superb quality. We also ordered sourdough focaccia on the side and one burrata tricolore. We closed our late lunch with a decadent tiramisu. We paired our plates with a bottle of Pinot Grigio de le Venezie. It was affordable, with reasonable prices, considering the food quality level and portions. Friendly and nice staff. Don't be fooled when you find that you have to order like in a fast food place, and bring your plates to your table. I hope you will be amazed like me with the food. I don't hesitate to recommend Due Cucina for a nice and pleasant Italian food experience.
