My husband and I signed up for private wedding dance lessons with Madison. She was incredible - so thoughtful, kind, and patient. She understood exactly what we were looking for (to learn a couple dance moves in a classic style that could be incorporated organically to one of our favorite songs) and helped us feel polished and confident in a tight time frame (6 weeks of classes, 1x per week). Duet Dance also offered flexible later time slots (after 8 pm) which was great for our busy schedules. Couldn't recommend more, thank you so much for helping to make our day so special.

We absolutely loved our experience with Madison at Duet Dance Studio!!! We did a choreographed first dance at our wedding. Initially, we bought one of the introductory lessons and thought we would learn some moves and try to create something on our own. But we quickly realized that that would be impossible and Madison was there to help! She created an entire routine for our song and we met once a week for about 10 weeks. By the end, we felt so confident doing our dance in front of our friends and family! During the learning process, we had Madison take videos of us and write out our routine so we could practice at home. Madison really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable dancing! Everything at Duet Dance Studio was organized and everyone was friendly and I really truly couldn't imagine our wedding without this dancing experience!!!

We had such a wonderful experience with Duet Dance Studio, and especially with our instructor Mikaela! She helped my now-husband and me prepare for our wedding dance with such patience, kindness, and encouragement. Neither of us had any real dance experience going in, but Mikaela made the process fun and met us where we were. She taught us a beautiful routine (to “forever” by Noah Kahan) that felt within our skill level, while still making us look and feel confident and graceful. By the time our wedding came, we were genuinely excited for our first dance; and it ended up being one of our favorite moments of the day. We’re so grateful to Mikaela and the whole team at Duet Dance for helping make this possible!

We worked with **Mikaela at Duet Dance Studio** for our **wedding first dance**, and it was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning! We did **all private lessons with Mikaela over 4-5 months leading up to our wedding**, and the experience was worth every penny. The pricing was **reasonable for the level of customization and personal attention we received**, and the lessons quickly became something we **genuinely looked forward to** every week. Mikaela was **fun, patient, and made learning easy**, even for my husband, who isn’t a natural dancer. My sister organized a dance class for us to take for my bachelorette party and it was a total hit! We learned the cutest routine with formations and everything that fit a variety of dance abilities. It was so much fun and the instructors were so kind and helpful, truly one of my favorite parts of my bachelorette party! We even performed the dance we learned at my wedding! I loved the class from my bachelorette so much, I scheduled a first dance lesson for my fiancé and I about a month in advance of our wedding. I was worried it wouldn't be enough time to learn some moves for a lightly choreographed dance, but MJ was so kind and helpful and taught us the perfect amount so that we felt polished and confident on our wedding day. We ended up taking three lessons with MJ and it was the perfect amount of time for us to learn some basic postures, steps and some feature moments. Our first dance was absolutely perfect on our big day many thanks to MJ! Can't recommend Duet enough!
