Watch out for the small-print extra fees! We walked in expecting to pay $250, but ended up charged $402 for a two-hour boat ride. No cool Duffy boats. Between a schedule change that put us on a more expensive boat and a “non-optional” gratuity fee, we paid way more than we wanted. It’s all in the fine print—gotcha! Also, if you ever need to call them, good luck. The only way to get someone to answer is to select the phone menu option that says you’re “out on the water and need help.” Otherwise, no one picks up..

We rented from this company for the first time last week to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. We were unaware that the boats speed is topped off at 3 MPH! After being on the water for about 15 minutes, and making it practically no where, I called the dock to let them know that I thought our battery was low on power and we might need to get towed. That’s when I was informed that the boats speed was being governed by them and that they would not allow us to move any faster. Literally, paddle boarders were passing us and leaving us in the dust! When we were going against the current, our speed was reduced even more. At times it felt like we weren’t moving at all. According to my google search, the speed limit in the area is 5 mph, so why limit us to 3 mph? It was very frustrating. The next time we rent a Duffy, we will go back to the other business down the way. We have rented from the other company numerous times over the years and they have always provided excellent service and fleets. Thought I’d give this company a try but that was just a big mistake.

We as a family go every year. Though it seemed there were fewer holiday lights this past 2024, the Duffy boats are always a family pleaser. The service is GREAT!! The photo backdrop props are remarkable and can’t wait for the new restaurant to open. The construction and design looks amazing and can’t wait to see the final result!!

This is a fantastic, fun, easy boat tour along the canal. You float by incredibly expensive and beautiful homes. We did this as part of a conference excursion. Staff arranged for us to have wonderful snacks on the boat and lunch when we returned to shore. It was awesome! Duffy boat staff is really great, fun and knowledgeable! Highly recommend.

It was a pleasure to drive into the Marina Pacifica Mall and have plenty of open parking spaces. When we walked down to the boat docks we were greeted by a very friendly, professional, and organized staff. The boats are very clean and modern. Where the boat docks are situated there is no wind or current which makes for a very easy departure and arrival. Conveniently located right next door to Ralphs if any last minute drinks or snacks are needed. Not to mention to go appetizers from Tantalum restaurant. I will definitely be recommending their boats to friends and family.
