Just over a year ago, I sat and met with Tom and Michael and after meeting with other firms and people. I really felt comfortable with Dupree. I moved about a fourth of my 401k after the meeting (5/23) to gauge performance and communication pending my retirement just weeks ago (over a year after we first met). After retiring, I moved my 401k to a local credit union hoping to recover what I had lost under the current administration in Washington. After 2-1/2 years, that broker barely communicated beyond a quarterly market summation. Becoming disgusted, I moved my accounts to Dupree. I had caught their radio show a few times and it piqued my interest. Subsequently, I moved my accounts to them. Since March of this year, I have seen sustained growth, regular investment activity, and responsive communication. I feel like I have financial security that works for me.
