Today a special trip to #WEM to get a new strap for my watch and the dazzle of the festive season blew my mind!! Last time it was batteries and today specifically to visit E & J Watch & Jewellery Services for watch strap replacement. On the last visit Joyce was wonderfully efficient, warm, and friendly, and she met all my needs with genuine care. I regret that today, his name has slipped my mind, but the gentleman who assisted me today was exceptionally courteous, calm, and gentle in his manner — especially impressive given the open, often noisy space he works in. E & J is located in West Edmonton Mall near Hallmark and The Shoe Company, directly across from Hudson’s Bay. It truly is the best place in the city for watch battery replacements and any repairs you may need. The staff are professional, knowledgeable, and offer excellent customer service. Batteries are replaced while you wait, and their prices are very modest compared to many other places in Edmonton. My Tissot and several other watches were repaired on the spot, and the workmanship was excellent. This shop is a real gem for #YEG inside WEM and deserves to be recognized. When I called ahead, the staff answered promptly and gave clear directions to their location. Much gratitude to E & J — may they continue serving Edmonton with their professionalism and kindness.

Best service ever! Last week EJ replaced the battery in my watch in 5 min, the price was twice cheaper than in other places, I was really happy! Would recommend to everyone!

Visited a different store that could not remove the back of my watch to change the battery. Came to E & J and the job was finished in 5 minutes. Also cheaper than the first store would have charged. Highly recommended.

Real nice guys, helped me swap over my watch bands even though they weren't the same size (which they warned me about) and did it very quick for pretty cheap, around 15 bucks. Also helped me singe up a few loose threads for free. Would recommend!
