I had a pendant that I needed a necklace for however all the necklaces did not fit through the loop. The representative their help to be fined a necklace that looks good with the pendant and were able to take it to the service department to have it fitted on the chain. They went above and beyond and everybody was very friendly. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. I couldn't have been more satisfied. They even placed it in a new box. Definitely will be coming back.

Samara was excellent to deal with. She was able to help me find a diamond that matched the requirements I provided her with and it was within the budget I gave her to work with. Prior to visiting IJ I also checked out several jewelry stores in the downtown area and west end area. IJ's pricing and after-sale service won me over. I was specifically looking for a GIA certified diamond and most stores were quoting me quite a bit more because in some cases the cut, clarity, and colour was rated very high. We realized there were certain areas where we could make some concessions to help bring down the cost because certain things weren't noticeable to the naked eye. Colour was high for us because you can visually see the yellow hue in a diamond if you go with a lower colour grade. Clarity was important to us but to a lesser extent because you really need to look hard for blemishes in the diamond. The cut was moderately important to us. As long as it was a princess cut and looked good set in the ring, my wife was happy. In the end I surprised my wife with the ring and she was very happy with the final results. She gave me her requirements for what she wanted and all I needed to do was shop around to find a ring that worked within my budget, and Samara was able to help me accomplish that. I'd highly recommend visiting IJ and meeting with Samara.

When my fiancé and I walked in this morning for wedding bands, we were met with Bonita. She’s amazing! Super kind and super helpful. Such a beautiful soul she is! She had the ring sized for me within a few hours as we were headed back home. She even took a few mins when she saw me waiting to pick it up to help me while she was working with another customer. Super good at handling more than 1 customer at a time. Definitely will be going here whenever I need jewelry from now on! Thank you Bonita for helping me find the perfect ring. It even goes well with my wedding dress.

My fiancé got my engagement ring from Independent Jewellers, and I absolutely love it! 💍 Even from another province, everything went perfectly. The online customer service team was so kind and attentive, making sure every detail was just right. It was such a wonderful experience for both of us!

Independent Jewellers are unquestionably the best jewellers in Edmonton. I’ve worked with Samara on two custom pieces now, and she’s been absolutely wonderful — so friendly, easy to talk to, and great at keeping me updated throughout the whole process. She really helped bring my ring design to life, and the end results have been beautiful. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and great service. I’ll definitely be back for future projects!
