My wife and I have used EJs Heat and Air for 12 years, from the construction of a new home in Edmond, Oklahoma to our most recent home in Oklahoma City. During that time, the services that EJs provided ranged from the installation of a new HVAC system to the replacement of an existing system as well as an occasional service call to troubleshoot and remedy a heat and air-related issue. Additionally, we've recommended EJs to both friends and family members who've utilized their services and, in each instance, were happy with the results. Their top-down customer service- from the owner and administrative staff to their field service technicians, are both knowledgeable and friendly who take the time to listen to your questions and concerns and answer them in an understandable manner. Indeed, the service technicians with whom I've had the pleasure of meeting take the time to explain what they're about to do before they do it and, if you're inclined to do so, interact with you as you're observing them doing the work. All of this to say that EJs Heat and Air is a professional HVAC service company that is customer focused and results oriented. For this reason, I highly recommend EJs for your heat and air needs. Ken

We have been an EJ's customer for over ten years, and they are absolutely the best heating/air conditioning company I have ever used! Oakley is a very professional and knowledgeable technician - he always does an excellent job and keeps our units running. The office staff and all the technicians are very competent & friendly! EJ's has always responded promptly and provided exceptional service with fair pricing, highly recommended!!!

EJ’s did a great job. The crew was very nice and though the job took some time they completed every thing as promised. Recommend whole- heartedly. It’s now about 6 months with new system. I appreciate more and more every day. My house is now liveable and my utilities have remained remarkably low.

EJ's Heating & Air were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly fast to respond and get someone out when our AC unit died a horrible and painful death. Their prices were absolutely fair and reasonable. Tina, on the phone, was wonderfully professional and patient in answering all of my questions and my mom's questions (my mom was helping me since this was my first time dealing with this kind of thing and I was clueless). Lundy, both Jasons, and all their crew were incredibly amazing in getting out here quickly and getting our home taken care of and getting AC back so FAST. It was awesome. They were all super friendly and professional, I cannot thank them enough. I could tell they were all trying to get us the best price for the ACCURATE AC unit that our home needed. And it was truly a fair price. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you EJ's for taking care of my home and family! (Just for clarification- The picture does not do it justice, it is absolutely up to code and our second unit is not- but wasn't needing replacement yet so still falls under old rules. It is leveled and perfect.)

I was very satisfied with their service. They were able to send a technician within 3 hours after I called. The receptionist was very nice and kept me updated through the whole process. The technician listened carefully to my concerns and promptly made a diagnosis of the problem. He took care of the problem within an hour of arriving. My unit is located in the attic and their were no complaints about getting up in the attic. The only thing I found weird was that they did not take credit card payment on the spot. They send you a bill over the mail and then you have to call to pay with credit card over mail. Not a major inconvenience. However, if you are very busy it is just one more thing you have to do. In my opinion, price was competitive to what I have been charged in the past by other companies. Would definitely consider using their service again.
