Went for a birthday party and enjoyed the company and karaoke! Good selection of music and food was decent. Be aware that if you’d like a drink, there is no bar open, not the one featured in pictures on reviews. There was a selection of wines and beer behind the check-in counter. But buyer beware, the upscale of their alcohol is horrendous. Ended up buying a bottle of white wine, Ferrari Carano… currently sold at Safeway for $11.99. They charged $78! When asked if they had a cold bottle, they told us no. Believe it or not, that was one of the cheaper bottles. Plan to enjoy a drink somewhere else before singing!

Amazing food, great sound/security system. Rooms were great. Unfortunately no romanization for Asian songs, but I was able to work around that with the great network reception in the room.

I was super disappointed with this place. Despite the pandemic being over for quite some time, they’re still charging a 20% “COVID-related” service fee, which feels completely unjustified. The staff went over the karaoke rules, made us sign an agreement, and even required us to leave an ID, which seemed unnecessary and excessive. The worst part was the pricing. It’s around $60 per hour, but when we tried to leave after an hour, they told us there’s a mandatory two-hour minimum. This was never mentioned to us, and when we pushed back, they insisted we had been informed and pointed to one of papers on the wall as “proof.” It felt dishonest and frustrating. If the karaoke itself had been great, we might have stayed willingly, but it was awful. There was no remote control, so we had to walk up to the screen to select songs every time. Most of the music was pirated YouTube downloads with poor audio quality, full of noise, and completely unplayable—especially the Korean and Japanese songs. Many were remakes to bypass copyright, so they weren’t even the original tracks. All in all, it was the worst karaoke experience I’ve ever had. With the service fee and other charges, we ended up paying $150 for two hours of frustration. Definitely wouldn’t recommend and won’t be returning.
