it’s not too often that I leave a review, but with the customer service me and my fiancé received I had to! They are very responsive, very quick, and also a very honest company. I highly recommend them to anybody and will be returning. Thank you so much.

Had an old PC I wanted to give to my brother but it wouldn’t turn on at all. Took it to geek squad and they said it’s “unfixable” I took it here and they had it fixed and running like it’s brand new in a few days . This guy knows what he is doing

I don't typically write reviews but I have to give a shoutout to E-Tech. Everyone there was great to communicate with and they even responded to my emails promptly. I've brought two gaming computers to them and they've been realistic on their condition and what we should do. Both are running fantastically now. I have confidence my gaming tower computer will run well for many years versus buying a new, more expensive computer. I think they're too fairly priced, but it did motivate me to write a review :)

I sent an email in advance about my request for service. I drove over a half hour away, paid to park and waited a half hour for the shop worker to come in (was a half hour late). When I showed him examples of work I needed done, his reply was “you can also do the work.” So, instead of paying to have a local business to do service, I will figure it out on my own.

Tyler was very helpful ! Came in to get my boyfriend’s PS5, HDMI port replaced! Even asked while it was apart can they clean it, which he did for no extra charge! I called about 5 times that morning because the GPS took me to the old address, and he was very helpful, with directions ! I would recommend ! Only took an hour and a half!
