I came with a computer that wasn't booting up anymore and I ended up having the great experience of meeting Omid. When I met him, I knew immediately he was the guy for me. He is one of the nicest and smartest individuals you can possibly meet in this field, I truly cannot recommend him high enough. Every time a problem arose he willingly troubleshot it and fixed it. He even worked with me while I was out of the country during repairs. If you are in the Nashville region and ever run into computer issues, this is the place you want to go! Omid thank you for giving me a great experience.

I had a sticky key. He was awesome and explaining everything to me and what my options were and allowed me to watch the whole repair. Not only that he set up a keyboard link on my computer should my key get stuck again. Highly recommend. I had tried two other places and by far this was the best place and most honest and fair priced.

Amazing experience all around! My laptop just turned off so I went to see Omid and he suggested it was most likely a battery issue. He ordered a new battery & installed it and I had my laptop back and working within a couple of days! Omid is a lovely person and great at what he does - definitely recommend seeing him with any computer issues you might have!! Very fair prices as well!
