Horrible experience, would NEVER rent or buy from them. My friend rented a bike for 2 days, 20 days before. They have a 30 day cancel notice. My friend got extremely sick and was too weak to ride, especially in the bad weather conditions that were predicted. So he canceled 4 days before. Even if he wanted to cancel in the 30 days notice, how could he when he booked 20 days out???? In this case he canceled because he was too sick, which he told Eaglerider.They still charged his credit card and will not refund it, even in the situation he was in! If Eaglerider would have done the right thing, then he and myself would have most likely rented again. But after this experience NEVER! And I am making sure my friends and family never have to experience anything like this ever!

The Rental Process was so easy. The bike was ready for pick up and the Return was just as easy. I will do this again! Awesome Bike, Awesome Harley Shop, Awesome Ride!

A good rental company and good people running the show. There was a problem with our reservation so we had a last minute change of both bikes we reserved. They offered different bikes for us and that was ok. Close enough. The bikes were 2018 road kings with less than 200 miles on them. They performed flawlessly and we rode hard. I would have given 5 stars but they cheesed on the original reservation. Road glide in my opinion is better highway bike than the road king. That is all.

My experience was excellent. The staff was respectful and didn't act like I didn't know what I was doing. They gave me a brief run down of the bike and asked me a few questions like if I was comfortable with the bike etc.. Then the return process was equally as easy and enjoyable. Not to mention the bike I rented was in excellent condition and road well. Thanks Eaglerider!
