Exceptional customer service - we had an issue during our tour and Thomas LaHaye provided stand-out service, in such good humour (despite personal inconvenience to himself) that our trip was not only rescued but even improved.

The entire experience was very good. Made better by Tom Lahaye and Mike Wilhoite. The only drawback was the uncertainty from renting through the Eagle Rider program rather than the dealer themselves. A few phone calls to confirm bike availability with the dealer squared things away though.

Renting the bike was super easy and took about 10 minutes once I was there. The rental guy was nice and there was no pressure to buy anything more than what I was looking for. I'll definitely rent from this location again.

Rental experience was A-OK. Call ahead to make sure they have a bike for you. I got lucky with Nice Road Glide and really enjoyed myself. Caliente HD appeared to go our of their way to make my experience enjoyable.

This was the first time I had ever ridden a bike and I was super excited. The experience was exactly what I expected. The process of reserving the bike was super easy. Ceilente Harley had the bike ready and waiting for us when we got there. I am so excited to do it again. Great experience.
