I'm an owner with Earnest Homes. I've been managing with them for a while. They are very professional. Special thanks to Helen, she is the account manager. She is always there and always ready to answer my questions. I also want to show appreciation to Raziyah she has been really great. I've been speaking with her for the last few weeks and she is really knowledgeable even though her area of expertise is maintenance. Great job, Earnest. I am satisfied!

We transferred an occupied home to Earnest Homes. Onboarding was very easy the company was responsive to all of our questions. Now that we've used Earnest a few months I can say they do an excellent job. My expectations are exceeded. The property is a single family home on the west side of Los Angeles. It has been a pleasure to work with our account manager, Keren M. Communication is wonderful regarding repairs and maintenance. I never have a problem reaching my account manager via text, email, or phone call I trust that my tenant is similarly treated with respect and responsiveness.
