Five star simply just isn’t enough! The doctors in the staff here have been incredible over the years. They’ve cared for my two Tibetan terriers who have since crossed over the rainbow. It’s taking me quite some time too write this. When my boy developed kidney problems, the care and attention that they provided as we navigated his need for fluids was absolutely wonderful. They are kind, caring and compassionate. After he passed away, his sister joined him nine months later which was incredibly difficult for me. The team at the clinic went above and beyond and I’m very grateful. It’s the first time that I don’t have any little ones running around the house. But when I do again someday, I’ll definitely bring them back here because I know they’ll get excellent care as my little guys did throughout their 15 years they were here.

We’ve been taking our pet to EBSPCA for over a year now. The Vet had prescribed Trazodone to calm her down during visits. Just a few days ago, I discovered that a bottle of Trazodone that we were given contained 100 mg tablets instead of 50 mg tablets. The bottle indicated, “Trazodone 50mg…Give 1 and 1/2 tablet 1-2 hours prior to stressful event.” With the 100 mg tablets, that’s a total of 150 mg for the day of the visit, as I would give it to her only for Vet visits. My pet only weighs 21 pounds! No wonder my pet was sleeping for a couple of days after the visits. This error could have killed my pet!!! It’s a miracle, and with God’s grace, that she’s still with us. This should never happen!!! I’m still so very upset about it!!! There’s no words to describe how I continue to feel. The Vet called me with the info. of the error after she spoke with her Supervisor. The Vet also said the 150 mg “was too much.” She apologized and said she could have her Supervisor (the one who confirmed the dosage error) call me if that’s what I wanted. I said I wanted the call. I haven’t heard from that Supervisor. Please, pet parents, be very careful. Let’s make sure our pets are safe in the hands of those who supposedly help us care for them, and who are supposed to be “professionals.” I give them one star as to me, this is a MAJOR error. Should be Zero star to be honest.

Very unfriendly staff. I wouldn't take my dog here.
