Great studio that is very clean, bright, and well presented in a medical park. Customer service on the phone and day of appointment was exemplary. Jordan knew just what to do to fix the lobe piercings I received at another shop, and she gently switched the hoops for flat backs. My ears stopped hating me within 20 minutes.

I had an amazing experience getting my helix pierced. The studio was extremely clean, organized, and professional, which immediately made me feel comfortable. My piercer, James, was outstanding—he walked me through every step of the process, explained exactly what to expect, and answered all of my questions without rushing. He was calm, knowledgeable, and clearly cared about doing everything safely and correctly. The piercing itself was quick and smooth, and the cleanliness and attention to detail really stood out. I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out and would absolutely recommend James to anyone looking for a professional and reassuring piercing experience.

I was a little anxious taking my son for his first tattoo. Eugene was amazing and put us all at ease. He is very professional, answers all questions carefully, and is very patient during the design process. The actual tattooing was amazing, as well. Again, Eugene went over everything and answered all questions. He is very knowledgeable and willing to share his opinions. He was locked in and precise with his work. My son was very comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire process. The final product is fantastic! Couldn't be happier with how it turned out! And the shop is SPOTLESS! This is where mamas want their kids getting tattoos and piercings done, for sure!

I had a great experience here! Jordan was my pierced and she was so kind and informative. When I walked in we went over what I wanted done. I needed a jewelry change for my lip and also a daith piercing. She helped me pick out both pieces of jewelry that I needed and then offered me snacks while I waited for everything to sterilize. When we went back to the room for the piercings, she went over what to expect and how she would do the piercing. I was very nervous but she was so understanding and made the process so smooth! When she pierced the daith in my ear, all I felt was the pressure. And the jewelry was in so quickly after! Afterwards she went over aftercare and asked if I had any questions. I highly recommend Jordan and I’m sure everyone else who works there is just as amazing! I will definitely be back for any future piercings and jewelry changes. And I’ll be recommending this shop to anyone who is looking for a new piercing!

I’ve gotten four tattoos here now and I can’t say how amazing East Coast worldwide is. I love the environment and how it’s more of an office than a grungy studio. I feel very comfortable and at ease whenever I get my tattoos. I work with Julian and he is amazing and always takes my ideas and make them look great. I’ll always be returning customer and refer whoever I can to Julian and East Coast worldwide
