Decided to try a new place I thought that easy Alterations would be a good fit for me. I had the worst experience ever and they are overpriced. I brought in a pair of pants that I had never worn, A non-leather designer pair of pants. I was very specific on what I wanted. I wanted it taken in on both sides. They hemmed my pants without asking they they took in the sides as per my request, left all the fabric never discussed cutting the excess fabric out, sold over of the pocket, and then when I went to confront them today, they were there was no accountability no way to help me, and then there was a mark on my pants that they said was not there when they got the pants so very upsetting do not go to this Alterations place unless you have a instruction for a five-year-old they’re not gonna understand

They had my dress a week and a half,I came on the pickup date. It took them 15 minutes to find my dress. When they finally found it they seen it wasn't worked on yet. They told me to come back the next day. The next day when I tried it on I asked for help to zip me up, they did not show great customer service. Everyone walked away and I said thank you with everyone's back to me. Not friendly or welcoming at all.

Very nice lady, very cute shop. Adorable, friendly dogs. I know it's my fault for not shopping around more on the prices, but I paid $25 EACH to take 2-3" off of 2 chef coats and hem them. Only to pick them up one week later with loose threads all over. I could have bought a brand new coat for $25, tho it wouldn't have been that brand. (I got these two for free from work and just wanted to make them wearable, which they are after I got rid of the loose threads)

Amazing job on my dress it fit so amazing they were so patient with me just go here they will make sure you are satisfied I bought the jewels to put on my dress and they executed this dress ! So many compliments all night

This is absolutely the worse place you could go to get any alterations done. I took my daughter to get her homecoming dress straps tightened. The woman put in a bunch of safety pins which I thought was weird because people usually use stick pens to mark what needs to be taken in. Anyway, she said she would have it ready by Friday. When I got the dress back I was appalled. It did not take a seamstress to do the tacky unprofessional work they did. Rather than cutting down the straps they folded them and stitched them down. I was upset but I paid hoping that at least the dress would fit properly. My daughter put on the dress tonight and the two elastic straps that were suppose to be fixed were still loose. This woman absolutely did not do the job I paid her for. I ended up having to use safety pins to hold the straps in place. Never again. I should have taken heed to the bad reviews. I am reporting them to the better business bureau because they are a fraud.I have attached pictures of their work. I am so disgusted. This ruined my daughters night.
