Richard is the owner of easy computer. He is very helpful, experienced, and the type of person that you want working on your computer! His shop is located just outside of Waikiki on kalakaua Avenue. There's parking right out front, with super easy access. I came across Richard on Yelp after I had some trouble building a new pc system. I had this about 90% built, and was having trouble with some of the connections on the motherboard and the fans. Called Richard in the morning, and he was helping me a couple of hours later. Terrific service! Richard is exactly the type of person that I like doing business with, a single person company who takes his time and makes sure that the customer is happy. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to build a new PC rig, or needing to troubleshoot issues with your computer. I know I will be using him in the future when I have to build a new pc, as he definitely has the experience, and the prices are extremely reasonable! TLDR; if you have computer issues, or are building a new pc, call Richard! You won't be sorry!
