The food was outstanding—each dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor. The lobster tacos were incredible, and the ribeye was cooked to perfection and absolutely delicious. The cocktails were expertly crafted and made for a great start to the evening. Overall, our dining experience at Eddie V’s exceeded expectations. With high-quality food, excellent service, and an elegant ambiance, it’s a restaurant we would happily return to and highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience in San Antonio.

Went for a birthday celebration with a reservation for two. We were sat on time and greeted with champagne. Despite the atmosphere being very loud the area we dined in felt less chaotic. I was really looking forward to the food however I was not amazed considering the hefty price tag that comes with it. Everything we ordered was mediocre at best except for the crab cakes which were phenomenal. For entrees we ordered lamb and the steak medallions both were somewhat overcooked and dry. The side dishes are shareable size. We ordered the asparagus and truffle mac. We made sure to try the dessert to top of the meal. The chocolate cake was also nothing memorable but did come with a plated happy birthday. Overall for the price attached I was disappointed with the dishes. The service was amazing though

We love Eddie V’s and have celebrated many milestones here. We always request Brian to be our server as he is amazing! He truly cares about what he does and makes every evening special. I tried adding captions but it’s not saving so we shared the lobster taco appetizer, along with the Bao bun special which included a wine pairing that was so good! For main we shared scallops (half portioned pictured), filet mignon with a crab cake pairing, along with potatoes au gratin, asparagus and brussel sprouts for sides. For desert we started with a latte (not pictured) and enjoyed the bananas foster and tried the fruit with crème which came with sorbet and a mint cookie. Loved all of it. We haven’t had anything we don’t like from here! Highly recommend and again, thank you to Brian for always taking care of us and creating a 5 star plus experience!

We went to celebrate our anniversary and Brian (make sure to ask for him) was an amazing waiter. One of the best we’ve ever had. He made our experience what it was, amazing. From the knowledge he shared with the difference in meals to the drinks and desserts, it was a great experience. The set up, the welcome and the celebration were all above and beyond. Thank you again for making our anniversary that much more special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and the food, drinks and dessert we ended up with were cooked and made to perfection. Everything was delicious. Again, thank you so much Brian, we can’t wait to go back and share another milestone.

Customer friendly does no justice to how they make you feel there. Had my first date there. My white shirt was employee of the month. And it showed outstanding service trust your server explain what you're looking for and they got you from top to bottom outstanding customer service beyond belief. Lobster tacos yes . Worth every dollar. I 100% recommend thank you
