I joined a few weeks ago, and I’m already loving the workouts. The coaches are super supportive and actually take the time to help you with form and technique. The classes are challenging but fun, and the vibe in the gym is really positive. Everyone’s encouraging and there’s no pressure.
Amazing gym! Great routines and an awesome vibe. The trainers, especially Brown, are very knowledgeable and make sure you're doing the exercises correctly. I really enjoy the small group sessions and circuit training — this is definitely the place to be!
I’m really enjoying my personal training sessions with Brown! He’s experienced, super helpful, and easy to be around, which makes a big difference. I love how I can target different muscle groups with the variety of equipment at Edge. It’s a great space with a unique vibe. I’ve tried some of the big chain gyms before and didn’t enjoy the experience, but Edge is totally different. Definitely give them a try, highly recommended!
I visited this functional gym while i was travelling for work trip to Brisbane CBD. They are located on level 1 of 80 Ann Street Heritage Lanes ( Suncorp building ). This gym was owner-operated by a genuine and knowledgeable champion, Brown Mohamed. He is such a gentle heart & person with a strong 💪 spirit & ripped physique. I went for the early morning strength class and then for EMOM ( every minute on minute ) conditioning class. I can recommend this place to advance your fitness level. You can check out their website as they offer 2 days passes , tailored personal training and Brown also wrote book titled ‘the healer’. Will definitely coming back when visiting Brissy. Keep up the good work Brown.
Had a great time with the sessions I did with the trainer! Edge is located in a pretty cool location and has an awesome instructor, Brown. He’s knowledge, encouraging and super approachable. Circuit style - round robin exercises that got us all fired up! Also the bathrooms are pretty dope not going to lie.
