Quick response, very easy to deal with, and got an appointment promptly. The issue was fixed quickly, and the engineer was very pleasant and courteous. The office always replied to emails efficiently. Would definitely use again.

Engineer Ian arrived exactly on time, he was polite informative and clearly experienced. Set to work quietly and checked the boiler system and changed the timers on my mother’s aged control panel. Have used EHC for several years and cannot fault them. This is a company where you can contact the boss and staff easily and they do come back to you quickly as well, I would recommend them without hesitation.

Top notch experience from start to finish! The quality of customer service from the admin team through to Ian the engineer was excellent. Great to have regular and accurate updates on arrival time pre the appointment. Ian was very professional. The boiler servicing was very detailed and thorough, no mess to clear up and I appreciated the very detailed report with explanatory pictures sent afterwards. All ways up a very satisfying experience!

Edinburgh Heating did an amazing job with or flat - complete new heating system, new radiators and an air source heat pump to replace the ageing gas boiler. The flat is now warm and heating costs have gone down. Brilliant!
