We were interested in an Investment in Quebec but spoke (very) limited French and do not have a Real Estate Agent. Jennifer is fluent in Spanish, English, and French helped us through the entire process remotely due to covid-19 restrictions. Jennifer was the Seller's Agent, but she helped us obtain a mortgage in Quebec. She provided us with the Building Inspector and Real Estate Lawyer to enable the purchase.
