Olivier assisted us in finding the most lovely flat in the center of Old Quebec. We leased the property sight unseen because he took the time to give us a virtual tour of multiple locations. There were a few changes in dates which resulted in additional paperwork, but he was prompt and thorough to accommodate all the last minute details. We are very pleased and would engage this company again if we ever decided to buy real estate in QC.

Superb experience that resulted in a rental for three months. All of our questions were addressed, excellent support throughout the entire contract process especially since we are out of country, and simply one of the best real estate organizations in Quebec City! Highly recommended, and will not disappoint. Our view and winter vacation was simply magical.

We recently purchased remotely a condo from Bryan.Bryan was proficient both in English and French making the home buying process much easier.I highly recommend using this real estate company for all of your purchases or rental needs.
