Overall: 3.5/5 + (extra half point for customer service) This is not a beginner friendly thrift store, I actually would not even categorize it as a thrift store as you will pay market price (maybe even more) for basic h&m, JCPenney, goodwill quality basics. You will have to DIG if you want to find some type of quality pieces… BE MINDFUL WHEN DIGGING (I found chewed clothes with stains that I could only hope were from transportation, destroyed shoes, deserted boxes etc) TIP: skip the basics and actually look for vintage items. Wear your gloves and a mask. I was able to score a vintage leather jacket for a reasonable price (I believe that was one of the only reasonably priced items). PAYMENT: The visual of the chair was all the items I was initially interested in however once the staff present reached out to the boss for prices (which is derived from the boss via text/call and based off of brand, and for basics they charge similar or just about -5% off market price) I decided to put most of it back and still paid $50 for three items. If you are used to haggling, negotiating, and getting a “deal” with bundling this is not the place.
