When someone mentions tacos, I only ever think of this place. I always get the quesabarria tacos and they are DELICIOUS. This is a go to spot for me and the girls whenever we’re in Lexington. The staff is incredibly kind, the wait time for your food is practically non existent, and they even have a little salsa bar with a variety of types and spice levels to choose from. This is the only taco place in my book, and I’ve lived in a handful of different states!

El Charro on South Broadway is my favorite Mexican restaurant. Its close to my area, love the staff, and the food and drinks are so delicious. The ribeye tacos is my favorite dish to order with the beans, rice, and fresh made guacamole. The employees are so welcoming and friendly. They recognize me every time I pick up my order. Definitely my go to spot.

Came here for dinner and was pleasantly surprised. Ordering food was quick at the counter & staff was very helpful pointing out what's good & specials. I went with the quesabirria & al pastor taco w/ chips and salsa and a 4 dollar Wednesday (every week) margarita special. The birria was great, served with consume & pickled red onions, and the al pastor was served woth pineapple. They have a wide salsa selection including a pickled onion habenero medley that was excellent with the tacos. The staff made sure we were taken care of quickly and the food came out in 7-10 minutes. 5/5 for me, the place is cute.

Stopped by for some lunch, the place was very clean and very convenient. You order at the front, pay, hit up the salsa bar as you make your way to your seat. The Carne Asada and Carnitas were deliciously seasoned, the salsas were also good. I also tried a Birria Taco…. Talk about juicy, tender, and tasty! Very authentic and delicious! It’s a must, you need to STOP BY! The service was also great.

My girlfriend and I do restaurant reviews online, and this is definitely the best Mexican restaurant we’ve had in Lexington. We’ve had almost everything on the menu and it’s all fantastic! Best tacos we’ve ever had. The owners Rodrigo and Flor are the best people you can meet as well. Very affordable and 10/10 experience every time! Pictured are the flan and the chimi cheesecake.
