Came here during the big snow storm. It was the only place open, and I was blown away. Probably the best tacos I’ve had in Lexington. This will be my new go to! The people were super friendly. 5 stars

Jp’s was great. The food was a bit pricey for your standard Mexican food truck but what you got for the price made up for it. The food tasted amazing and was seasoned very well. The portion sizes were up to my standard and it left you wanting to try more off the menu if not for being so full. The next time I’m in Lexington I will be trying Jp’s again. Also, bonus points for the covered extension with tables and chairs connected to the food truck.

God tier taco truck with a sweet set up. More like a tiny restaurant than a traditional truck. Top 3 out of the many in Lexington that we have to pick from, if you were to ask me.

They have the best tacos in town!! The meat is so tender and juicy 😩🤤 This food truck is about 25 min drive from our house but we don’t mind the drive for the quality of food from Jps! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

OK, I'm new to JP's Food Truck Taqueria. What I can tell you is the flavor is out of this world delicious. When you can smell it before you even get close, that tells you all you need to know. This is NOT your average food truck. No, you won't be standing out in the elements(something I hate about food trucks, in general). At JP's there is a tent/enclosure. You won't be standing in line either. Before you think they aren't a busy establishment(i.e. zero customers), let me say this, they are very efficient, in all that they do. We haven't gotten a 'bad' order yet. The food is reasonable. The staff is very friendly. They can modify your order to suit your taste(i.e. low salt, extra spicy, etc). They have a huge menu. There is something for everybody to enjoy. You get a lot for what you pay for. Everything looks and is fresh. The food is so good, I cry when I take the last bite. So if you're out and about and on Leestown Road, go check them out. You won't regret it!
