Customer service while in the store is great. Once the sale is made there is no customer service. I purchased a dining set and sat in the chairs twice, this is two weeks after delivery. Which left stains, poor quality if they stain this easy in my opinion. When I contacted El Dorado they said there was nothing they could do and gave me the manufacturers number. Could have given me options or contacted the manufacturer themselves to help their customers out. Zero value added for this manufacturer having El Dorado distribute their product. Too many other furniture stores in the area that provide value to their customers and manufacturers. Steer clear, might as well purchase on Craigslist. You will get the same after sale service, which is none.

If you want beautiful furniture lacking quality and craftsmanship then this is the place for you. Also, if you don't mind receiving furniture that is defective, needs to be repaired, only to wait months before parts come in and weeks before a technician comes to repair it, just to have it left exactly how it was, then this is the store for you. If you like dealing with an arrogant, liar that lacks even an ounce of professionalism, who's name is Jai, then definitely shop this store. Will never recommend this store to anyone I know and will never shop here again.

Service was excellent! Delivery professional! Staff very friendly. Would consider it for contemporary decor more than traditional. Prices fair enough and quality great (as it stands now). Shout out to Herman who helped us through everything including expediting delivery.

These people probably thought we would never buy anything from them! Lol. We went here 3-4 times before finally deciding on furniture for our new home. Management is top notch. Some of the younger sales team March to a different beat, but they are still nice. We bought our dining table and chairs, an accent chair, a buffet and a bar. Love all the pieces. Great quality as well!

Absolutely ecstatic with the results of our purchases from El Dorado Furniture! What an incredible experience. From the in-store support provided by Richard , who guided us through our options in a very respectful and attentive way, to the delivery crew who had to be creative with how they were going to get our couch into our second story walk up, everyone was top notch! Richard even drive a rug TO OUR HOUSE because it wasn’t able to be delivered with the rest of the furniture! I cannot say enough about this experience! Thank you all so very much!
