Although I have had great experiences with staff. Most helpful and went out of their way to help me find what I needed. Recently my only complaint is that I purchased ice and after bringing it home I noticed a very strong smell of chlorine. I always thought that the ice was purified. I was wrong. I will not be purchasing ice from them again.

I love Total Wine. The selection is second to none. In these tough economic times, I think we all look for ways to pinch a penny. I took my time before visiting the store to have a list of carefully chosen items, taking advantage of the ‘deals’ available to me. But more than once, I’ve checked out and later realized the deals didn’t ’work.’ It would be super cool if personnel on site would be versed in how to help customers find and use all the deals they can.
