Items arent in the right places on the shelves and have random promotions tagged on the shelf but no deals are applied at check out. When corrected on their mistake you are told to "try harder" at reading labels. Nice place 😁

I was having a great time shopping for all my favorite spirits when a rude grimaced faced gum smacking blonde employee decided to spew her mean spirited venom at me. Since negativity is contagious I decided to pay my bill and get the hell out of Total Wine.

Terrible place customer service is unprofessional and this lady right here on several occasions has harassed me leaned into my car yelling at me bossing me around like she owns the parking lot. Very mean and nasty and I won’t ever be returning to the location after not only purchasing things here for years for my father in law but making many other purchases at this location. I won’t ever return. How you treat people matter and when your in a business that deals with customers your attitude reflects on sales and how the store does. One employees can cost a business a customer that’s been using the same location for many years. Total wine do better on how you treat customers and how you approach them matter how you treat them matter. Very unprofessional Pricialla on park st in St Pete here to retire

I cannot say how kind the people are at this store. Came in to find a wine and was greeted by a gentleman who was cordial and knowledgeable, he helped me find what I needed and we had some delightful banter. Then I checked out and the cashier was observant, competent and complimentary. KINDNESS goes a long way in today's world and you both made my shopping experience a pleasure, rather than a chore. I will be back.

I am visiting from Western New York and have to say this is the best liquor store I've ever been in. No shortage of Scotch selection! Pricing was amazing! And if you like cigars which I do do; the have a very large walk in humidifier. Cigars were perfect! Also shout out to the staff. I was looking for the large volume Captain, and it was empty on the show but the taller gentleman went in the back and grabbed me one. Or visiting in the future this will be my only place to go! For everybody else they have a wide selection of wine and liquors. Highly recommend.
