My expectations were high but the dish sadly didn't meet up to it. The tortilla was soggy and chewy while I expected crunchy and savory. The whole dish is in great need of salt heavily. The staff were awesome so very nice and welcoming sadly that the only nice thing about the place.
My wife has been craving tamales for ages. We saw that El Dorado Taqueria were offering pre orders to pick up from the local farmers market. We ordered a load. Some fresh and some for the freezer. My wife is now nostalgically eating tamales at her discretion. We will be back. Thank you
Delicious and authentic Mexican food! The portions are generous, and everything I’ve tried has been excellent. I especially love the birria tacos and the chilaquiles, they really bring back the flavours of home. I also enjoyed the pozole they prepared for Mexico’s Independence Day celebration. The staff are always very friendly and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Mexican food in Edinburgh.
My favourite place in town! If you love authentic mexican food this is the place for you! The drinks are always so refreshing and tasty and the food is out of this world! I’ve never had a bad thing there. I would recommend this place a thousand times!!
The food was DELICIOUS. I was missing the taste of home and they got me there 🥰 the Tacos were so yummy, the portions were good. The Pan de Elote And the Tamal de zarzamora were mine and my husband's Favorites! The people serving were so genuine and sweet! We will definitely check them out the next time they pop up!
