My experience with all the staff , the nurses, everyone have been great.. they all make you feel so welcomed .. they all took care of me with respect, patience , and gave me the best care .. Once again , I could never be disappointed ! Dr. Sozer’s entire staff are always great, sympathetic , and make you feel at home .. the care that they have for their patients, and the patience is amazing .. From the girls in the front - which take care of booking appts, are always so welcoming and with a smile .. To the nurse assistants - take care of you with such care , and respect.. To the rest of the entire staff - they are all amazing .. I was there for my second time surgery and they made it all so easy , I was not nervous ; I knew I was in good hands .. Thank you all girls for everything you have for me and for all other patients .

I have been a customer of this clinic since moving to El Paso in 2022 and I am always looking forward to going back every time. I have been seeing Jessica for my injections and she has always done a great job of meeting my needs and leaving me to look and feel great. She takes her time to ask me what I need/want and even recommends what not to do sometimes, which I appreciate as she does not want to push any unnecessary services just for profit. That is very important in this field of work. I also have been seeing Bianca this year for my laser hair removal and she is an absolute sweetheart! Always friendly and does her job very well ensuring comfort and satisfaction with results. I have done a few other services at this clinic as well and never had a bad experience. All the staff and medical professionals are super friendly and helpful. Prices are also very reasonable and they always have ongoing promotions and rewards for clients. Thank you for providing such a great experience!

I have been traveling to this clinic, both locations, for treatment for 9 years. There are several near my home but these folks get the job done beautifully and precisely each and every time. I have visited other places for similar treatment and the service pales in comparison. Thank you specifically to my RN. Jessica who is friendly and accommodating to my needs especially if I start to get a bit nervous or jittery. She has provided top tier care and service. At the time of my exit these gals are dedicated to finding coupons, deals, and savings so I get the best bang for my buck! Thank you, EPCS, you are doing such a wonderful job I will be returning and I will be referring you to all of my friends, relatives, and colleagues.

I absolutely love Med Spa West! They provide wonderful services and always have monthly specials and perks. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and welcome. It's a great way for anyone to give themselves a treat and indulge in some "me" time!

I received great services here. In particular, Bianca and Julyza were great. Bianca accommodated me when one of the procedures was a bit more uncomfortable than anticipated by slowing down and giving me pain meds. Julyza is a real pro and did several of my procedures. She is very knowledgeable and efficient at what she does. I highly recommend this medspa and these staff members.
