I got my first laser hair removal treatment done at Elase and had the absolute best experience with Lottie. I’ve had a bad experience in the past where I was burned during laser hair removal, so I was really nervous going into this appointment. Lottie was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring from the start. She walked me through the entire process, explained everything clearly, and truly took the time to calm my nerves before getting started. I can’t recommend her enough

I have been going to Elase for microneedling and have had the best experiences with Kerrisa, a RN at the Durham location. Kerrisa is thorough, gentle, comforting, and very kind! I have a low pain tolerance and have had bad experiences in the past with microneedling but after having treatments with Kerrisa, I will not go anywhere else! She eased my fears about the process and made me very comfortable while still making sure I got the best possible results! I can’t recommend her enough!
