We used Electric Pony Studios for a 3 day photo/video production and it was a great overall experience. Leila and Jen were such a pleasure to work with; super communicative, accommodating, easy-going, and all around just awesome people! They additionally had some amazing food recommendations which was an added bonus! The space had everything we needed to get the job done. Would recommend this studio space to others looking for an awesome warehouse location for their next production. Hope to return to EPS soon!

Was searching all over L.A for a warehouse that wouldn't absolutely murder our budget. If you're looking around Los Angeles let me save you some time and check out this place first. I can't thank this studio enough for accommodating our needs and think it was incredible value. Both our shoot days went off without a hitch and our hosts / site reps were kind, supportive and helpful. That stuff matters when you're already stressed and just trying to make your days. Love this space and loved our experience, I'd highly recommend to any of my filmmaking friends. Thank you Electric Pony Fam - and especially the much needed emotional support dog Lido!

Such a great experience filming at Electric Pony. So accommodating. Wide garage door to pull in picture cars. Easy to black out windows. And they provide lots of gear! I've shot here a handful of times, and loved each day.

From the moment we walked into Electric Pony Studios, we knew we’d found something special. The warehouse space is massive — high ceilings, open layout, and more natural and artificial lighting options than you can shake a stick at. We used the “Pony 1” stage but peeked at the other stages and sets, and the flexibility is incredible for any type of shoot: film, photos, set builds — you name it. What really stands out is how well-appointed the studio is. There’s in-house lighting and equipment, a loading dock for easy load-in/load-out (huge plus for production crews), a parking lot, and even hair & makeup stations — all factors that make organizing and executing a shoot feel seamless. The staff — especially Leila and Jen — made us feel like family from day one. They were communicative, supportive, and totally willing to accommodate our needs, even when our shoot got a little chaotic. Their flexibility and professionalism made a huge difference in ensuring everything ran smoothly. Finally — the vibe. There’s something raw, creative, and inspiring about the brick walls, industrial details, and sheer openness of the space. It’s rare to find a studio that feels both wide-open and thoughtfully outfitted for serious production work. All in all, if you’re looking for a top-tier warehouse studio in LA for film, photography, art, or events — especially if you care about flexibility, convenience, and working with people who truly care — I can’t recommend Electric Pony Studios enough and I can’t imagine shooting anywhere else now. 1000/10 ✨

I am writing this on behalf of myself, Becca, Kit and the entire White Belt team. Jen & Leila were beyond generous in letting us into their space for 10 days over the course of 3 weeks to film our movie when we had a location fall through last minute during Thanksgiving week. We felt so taken care of. Both of them are so communicative, empathetic and helpful. Their hard work and pride in their space was felt every morning and each afternoon. Both Jen and Leila were with us each day making sure things ran smooth and were organized, safe and productive. I would work with them over and over again and we were bittersweet at the end of the shoot as we didn’t want it to be our last day at their space. Speaking of space, it was clean, accessible, had easy parking, high ceilings, and was a very easy space to house our crew, make multiple sets out of and feel safe in. Can’t wait to bring another production here in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for their next project!
