Even though we were much further along with another company already and urgently needed to move forward (it was so cold!!), I felt that I understood the quote and situation a lot better once she explained key points about major items and why they would need repair vs replacement, allowing me to advocate for myself and ask the right questions. I highly recommend this company as a HVAC resource if you are looking at options to have someone do things right and give thorough explanations on what work is needed and why, especially if you are a first time home owner like myself and need a little hand holding to understand what is going on in a stressful situation. If they went above and beyond like this for someone who was not even their customer yet and was further along with another company, I can only imagine how at ease their own customers must feel.
