Was having trouble with GFCI outlet tripping, and couldn’t find the cause. I made an appointment online with W3, and Jonathan from electrical showed up ON TIME and had the problem diagnosed and fixed in under 30 minutes. Would 100% recommend and use again.

5 stars all the way. We initially contacted the company because of two issues. One being a bad wiring of a box containing pool connections. It was a rats nest of wiring. London updated to code and it is performing better than we bought the house 10 years ago. He also fixed the second issue we had with outdoor sockets on the back porch. Our 40 year old house has no GFI or Arc safety precautions. London provided us with 6 quote options after his initial free breaker box panel inspection. No hard sell. We only went with the fixes we needed for now, but will give some hard thought to replacing 40 year old parts now that we have been educated.

Danni and Gabriel arrived right within the scheduled time window, which I really appreciated. They were both professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work. As a bonus, they even wore protective booties while installing my light fixtures, which showed great respect for my home.
