Terrible customer service. i received a defective item and followed the instructions to do a return and they have not responded. I tried calling multiple times and they hang up on me. I am completly unhappy with this company. I will be contacting my credit card to return the funds because this is unacceptable.

After 9 days I called. Zero info on my order. After 15 days requested a refund. Waiting for that to materialize. This seems like an e-commerce site that calls are forwarded to India or somewhere else. I'll never order here again. What a terrible experience.

After I placed my order, I received 4 emails stating I had missed out on the order (even though payment had gone through and I had received an order confirmation). I immediately emailed the company asking if my order went through. No response. Over the next couple days, I called, tweeted, and sent a Facebook message with no response. Finally, 4-5 days later, I received an email that my order had gone through. When the item finally arrived, the box was in a plastic-type envelope (return address: Amazon) and was partially crushed. Thankfully, the item was not damaged and worked just fine. The entire process was frustrating, even though it turned out ok. Would I order from this company again? No.

Never received my item after the 7-14 Business Day delivery window. After I requested three times, I never received a tracking number or proof of shipment after I was told one would be provided. Tried to call, never could speak with anyone. Got the runaround when I sent emails. 20 days later... I'm out money... I have no package... no proof of shipment... no answers.

I didn't receive the installation kit and mounting pole. I have called two times and email four times with out getting results. The people on the telephone had no clue what the hell they're doing. I want what l ordered plain and simple.
