I had a bad experience with my online open box purchase from the corporate website. This was a six-piece set that should have come with some additional accessories for installation. When I got to the store it was only two parts. The online listing did not give any indication of the condition or what was included. Had I known it was incomplete I never would have purchased it online. I drove a decent distance to get there through traffic and everything. So my disappointment was a 5 out of 5. I'll have to say that the staff and managers in store really took care of me. I ended up with a pretty decent upgrade into brand new product with only a very minor increase in the price. They did me right! Thank you to the staff at the Cool springs electronic Express. Corporate website needs to get their act together on these open box purchases. What is actually being sold should be photographed with the listing and priced accordingly. It's a newer system and they'll figure it out!
Great experience here as my first visit. All the employees were very helpful getting me a dishwasher. From start to finish, with it loaded into my truck was under 15 minutes. Fantastic price! I went to 3 different places looking at dishwashers. They had the best prices for the best quality of dishwasher. Thanks again!

We had a great experience with Electronic Express. We stopped in late to buy a washing machine. The employee was knowledgeable and thorough in providing info on each of the 2 brands we asked about, and knew the differences in each model of those brands. Delivery was within 48 hours, and the delivery guys were clean, professional and made sure we were satisfied with the service before they left. Painless process.

I selected a Washer, dryer, range, dishwasher, refrigerator, and hood vent of a better quality than Lowe's or Home Depot's offered me for half the price. I could not be more pleased with Devin or Electronic Express. I told a coworker about the deals and he went in the next day and bought new appliances as well.
