Had a great experience here. I Destroyed a tv cord and the owner was able to find the replacement cord and helped me get it fixed up. Great customer service

Bill is the man! Fixed my old CRT that had a broken IR sensor, literally no one else around who works on CRTs anymore. As for the other reviews that mention being ghosted, you just gotta call Bill, he always picks up and is always happy to talk. Love this place!

Bill is amazing!! I brought my receiver to him just before closing after finding a last-ditch YouTube video on how to fix my system after a power surge at my home caused internal problems. It would requie taking the system apart and shorting 2 solder pads together, which I would have never found by myself (have you seen how tiny the connections are inside one of these things?!). He stopped what he was doing and helped me fix my system! If any of you need any electronics fixed, this is the guy. He's had this place since the 1980s. Also, I chose to take my receiver to him based on all his awesome reviews here. They were right!

I had my 55” curved Samsung tv as well as my subwoofer fixed by Bill! He works on all sorts of electronics from receivers to tvs! I do recommend a more organized set up as well as a cell phone/laptop repair section! Thanks Bill!

A great find along Colfax - hiding in plain sight! I had a small electronic device and Kevin was very helpful and took the time to diagnose the problem based on what I told him had happened to it. After he did some testing on it, he then called the manufacturer of the device, later, we determined that the part that needed to be changed was proprietary. I would need to get a new one directly from the manufacturer. All in all, I could not be more happy with the service I received - support local businesses! Update: Oct 1 2015 - had yet another good experience involving an irrigation remote control repair!
