On 1/20/26, my nails were not done properly. The texture is lumpy, and the powder underneath is showing through and appears multi-colored. I was also told when I walked in on a previous day that the cost for a refill with chrome would be $50, but I was charged $72 without any explanation. I’m disappointed with both the quality of the service and the unexpected price increase. The technician failed to change the color of the powder to accommodate the chrome color I chose. The chrome color was pink but she used red powder underneath 😕 Update: On 1/21/26, the salon provided a full refund promptly and without any hassle. I truly appreciate how they handled the situation and their willingness to make things right. My first experience wasn't perfect, but the response was professional. Thank you for the professional resolution.

I had a great experience getting my manicure done by Tara. She was very professional, gentle, and paid close attention to detail. My nails turned out clean, neat, and exactly how I wanted. The whole process was relaxing, and she made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I’m very happy with the result and will definitely come back to book with Tara again. Highly recommend!

They were able to take three people for a walk in at 1 pm on a Friday before Christmas. They immediately got to work and were quick, and amazing. I felt so taken care of and the nails turned out amazing.

They were able to accept my mom and I as walk-ins without any wait time at all, which was perfect! They took excellent care of us. We got a really nice arm/hand massage and ended up with beautiful nails. We were also sat at the pedicure chairs (we only got manicures), which was actually way more comfortable than sitting at one of the manicure tables. Excellent choice. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing. I also particularly enjoyed how there wasn’t much talking and we could enjoy the spa music and being pampered. I was extremely impressed by the quality of the work that was done for both me and my mom. The salon is beautiful and clean and they even have a mini fridge with complimentary drinks including bubbles. I was surprised there weren’t more people in the salon when we went! Granted, we went on a weekday during lunch. I think the prices are also very reasonable compared to other places nearby. I’m happily going back any time. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Visiting from out of town, and came into this shop to get help with my builder gel that was coming off after only 4 days (done by a different salon). Making an appointment was quick and easy, and Tara was so wonderful! She took care of removing the old builder gel that was lifting and gave me a whole new set. She was meticulous about her work to make sure it will last me a long time so I can grow my nails out. They turned out perfect. 🤩 She also gave me splendid manicure, with a massage that almost put me to sleep! Can’t wait to come back to Houston to get my nails done again!
