From the moment I enter Aurora at Tower & Hampden, I greeted by Craig who is always pleasant and helpful. The various masseuses that I've been to have all be very skilled and kind, and the facility is always clean. I don't think I've ever seen a speck of anything on furniture or the carpet! I've told many friends about my experiences and recommended they try it out. Loved it so much, I've been a member for about ten months now.

I canceled my membership due to the revolving door of masseuses. I was given gift cards for the unused massages. This location refuses to honor those totalling over $1k, and the manager refuses to call me back. Go somewhere else for a quality massage!
