Elena’s Flower Shop came through for us in a stressful situation when our funeral flowers were canceled the night before delivery. On extremely short notice, they handled everything with care and professionalism and created a beautiful, appropriate arrangement. We’re incredibly grateful for their kindness and reliability and would highly recommend them when it truly matters.

Elena did an amazing job on the flowers for my sisters. The boutonnieres, the corsages and all the bouquets, They were all beautiful. Highly recommended!

BEWARE BRIDES! Elena will not care about stressing you out the day before or even the day of your wedding. No matter how detailed and careful you are, she will confuse your order even if you go in person to confirm everything. Make sure you get written confirmation from her when you pay your invoice in full, because months after you’ve already paid, you might suddenly receive another invoice claiming you still owe money. When you try to clear things up, you’ll be treated poorly, and even after showing proof of full payment, you’ll be ignored with no apology. The day before my wedding, Elena completely handed me off to her helper, Natalia. While Natalia did her best, she had no idea about my vision or the details I’d gone over with Elena multiple times. None of the time I spent planning with Elena seemed to matter, and she still showed up nearly two hours late on my wedding day causing unnecessary stress on an already emotional day. Thankfully, my wedding coordinator saved the day, but it should never have come to that. Yes, her flowers are beautiful, but that’s the only positive thing I can say. She is not professional, not reliable, and lacks basic customer service. I know she may seem like the more affordable option, but please think twice before booking her. Protect yourself, get everything in writing, and double check every detail to avoid being scammed or left disappointed.

very disappointed with the flowers from elenas. we hired her over a year prior to our wedding because she seemed very nice and her prices were reasonable. over that time, we were in constant communication with elena- sending emails, texts, phone calls and even visiting her shop in person twice while providing colored photos of what we wanted for our wedding. everything was laid out for her. although she didn’t always respond, or in a timely manner, she still seemed to understand what we wanted from our wedding flowers. after reading a few reviews of her being late or others being unable to get a hold of her on their wedding day, I decided to recruit a family friend to pick up our flowers and ensure nothing was missing or late. when she arrived, she found our flowers to not be ANYTHING like what we wanted. The colors were blush (my wedding was black and white), she added greenery that I did not ask for or approve, she also put flowers with black in them which I specifically asked not for. she also put flowers that were not bloomed- and said they would bloom by this afternoon….. my requests were simple- or so I thought- white roses, hydrangeas, eucalyptus & babies breath. I wanted my bridesmaids to ONLY have babies breath. to our surprise, when picking up the flowers, we were told she couldn’t get babies breath; so she just did what she could for my bridesmaids bouquets. This was NOT what I wanted. I had a vision and unfortunately, elena did not fulfill it. i’m not sure why it wasn’t communicated with us earlier that she wasn’t able to obtain certain flowers that we wanted. especially when it was the ONLY flower for my bridesmaid bouquets. interestingly enough, we called trader joe’s and they had some. so my family had to run out immediately to grab it. my wedding planner sat on her hands and knees and made my bridesmaids bouquets for me; the way I wanted while now rushing because of the time crunch. my family friend was at elena’s shop for 2 hours so as you can imagine, we were behind with photos. groomsmen/ fathers didn’t get boutonnières placed until right before walking down the aisle. it was extremely stressful and quite frankly unnecessary if there was better communication. very disappointed with my floral services, one of the most important vendors of the day. not to mention I had already put a deposit for floral preservation/ pressing for after and since my bouquet was from trader joe’s, it didn’t hold up much past photos. very upsetting & overall not what we envisioned. she said she compensated for not giving us babies breath by giving us more expensive flowers- that doesn’t matter, it is NOT what we wanted. we requested a refund and she refused. first and second photo is what I requested third and fourth photo is what I received for my bouquet and bridesmaids. fifth photo is the unbloomed flowers

My daughter, Maggie and I would like to thank you for creating her beautiful flower arrangement. They definitely brightened up her plain hospital room. They arrived just after her MRI and the timing was perfect. She received many compliments about her flowers. You do amazing work. I've ordered from you twice. We used you on Oct 4 that year. Thank you for making her hospital stays a bit brighter. I have used Elena's twice. Attaching the birthday flowers from October as well. Thank you, Kelly Wade and Maggie
