I’ve had an All Access membership at Elevation Fitness for about a year now and during this time I’ve had the chance to visit their Midtown, Boca Raton, and North Miami locations. Let me be very clear: Boca Raton and North Miami are a complete scam. Old equipment, bad atmosphere, and facilities that clearly look like they were taken over from failed gyms. There is nothing premium or “high-end” about these locations. Even the locker rooms are poorly designed and badly maintained — for example, the men’s locker room in Boca Raton doesn’t even seem to have proper ventilation, so any minor restroom use ends up affecting the entire locker room experience. It feels like the locker rooms were built just to check a box, with no real care or attention to quality — they are on the same level as a $20/month budget gym, if not worse. Midtown Miami, although newly opened and equipped with new machines, is unfortunately extremely overcrowded and feels like it has turned into a gathering place for people whose entire life seems to revolve around lifting weights and using PEDs. The gym is neither clean nor does the staff seem to take ownership of the place. The overall vibe is careless and poorly managed. Considering the monthly fees they charge, they offer absolutely nothing extra in return. There isn’t even a proper stretching area, and they don’t even provide basic stretching or mobility equipment. It feels like this gym is designed exclusively to prepare bodybuilders for competitions — and nothing else. Unfortunately, South Florida in general lacks truly high-quality gyms, but I believe this gap will eventually be filled. A gym should not be just about lifting weights — it should offer proper amenities, recovery areas, stretching zones, and a well-maintained, clean environment. Hopefully, Elevation Fitness will realize this at some point. I’m writing this as someone who has trained in many different gyms in many different countries around the world.

Best gym in Miami hands down. I’ve been to a bunch of gyms around Miami including Powerhouse, Rule, LA, Crunch, Flex Appeal, Miami Iron, EOS, Amped, etc. and none of them even come close. They have the best brands of equipment Atlantis, Arsenal, Nautilus, and Gym80. It also has a posing room with great lighting. There are no weights or dumbbells thrown around the gym. Super clean gym. There’s free parking at the parking garage behind the gym for members and the added bonus of it being 24/7 is amazing and they don’t close on holidays, very rare to see that in a gym nowadays. Also shoutout to Star at the front desk, super friendly and genuinely a great person to talk to. Absolutely love it here. If you’re serious about bodybuilding, come here. The equipment, service, and experience is unmatched by any other gym in the county.

Perfect lifting gym. And Steven was super friendly & helpful. So many specialty machines that would take months to learn, which is part of the fun. But obviously they have all the high quality basics spaced out well. My favorite is the huge variety of specialty bars and specialty freeweight stuff. For getting away from the limitations of machines, while not always being limited to dumbbells & bars.

Amazing gym! Staff were super friendly and helpful, and the members were as well. The equipment is amazing, with every machine you could want, with many other amazing facilities such as a sauna. They also offer classes! Best gym I’ve ever been to!
