The gym facilities are great, but unfortunately, my experience with Meagan's customer service left me feeling disappointed. Despite her initial promise of a promotion, she ended up charging me a different amount without providing a clear explanation. This situation left me disheartened, especially since I work in customer service, where such unprofessional behavior is unacceptable.

if you’re looking for a gym, go anywhere.. if you’re looking for friendly trainers and community, clean amazing equipments, and excellent service come here. It’s been the best thing about my visit to miami. I am obsessed with the aesthetic. The outside area is STUNNING 10/10 recommend. only negative is there’s only one location. there should be liek 15 of them

Best gym in hands down. You can’t replace the grit, energy, and vibe everyone has in here. The equipment is TOP TIER with Panatta everywhere. Love Keith, the trainers, the management team plus the fellas at Juice bar. Can’t beat it!
