Booked at 4pm appt with Telly. I arrived at 3:45pm, let her know I was there and sat down. 4pm came and went with no acknowledgement or update about my missed appt window. Around 4:38pm, the barber sitting across from me asked who I was waiting on. When I told him and my appt time he shook his head in disbelief. Told Telly I was leaving and that I'd rebook, attempting to give the respect I wasn't give. She said okay with no acknowledgement of my wasted time. Sad day for our community when the staple of our community, the barber, side steps a customer that's new to Cleveland. Texas dont handle business like that.
