As someone who has not only tried, but also worked at many different gyms, this one is hands down the best one I have EVER been to! I generally like to familiarize myself with the people I see regularly working out around me to build community at the gym, but I had no need to go out of my way to do that here as everyone at this gym is one step ahead. You know that the staff cares about their members and the members care about each other when the second I took a class there I was recognized as being new and welcomed into the community in an authentic way rather than with the intent of trying to sell me a membership. In the first week I went here, I took two classes at different times and by the end of each I had made multiple new friends as everyone is so kind and encouraging. The equipment and offerings are also so incredible, they literally have something in there for everyone. It's not everyday that a gym you go to has HYROX equipment, calisthenics training areas, and offers physical therapy on top of the "standard" findings of a gym. And it doesn't hurt that there's so much equipment I've literally never had to wait for a machine or piece of equipment. I've found myself going out of my way to workout at different times in the day rather than just my typical 6AM just to see more people and end up spending way more time than planned each time I go! Highly recommend coming here and even just trying the free day pass or class to experience it for yourself!
I came to Elevate Human Performance planning to try just one class… and somehow ended up spending four hours a day at the gym and loving every minute of it. I signed up same night as my first class, I didn’t need to think about it. What really makes this place special is the people. The community is unreal — supportive, motivating, and genuinely fun to train with. It’s so easy to lose track of time when you’re working out with a good friend and a group that cheers you on, pushes you, and makes even the hardest sessions enjoyable. The trainers are incredible and so diverse in their backgrounds. You’ve got heavy lifters, HYROX-focused coaches, and dynamic trainers who design creative, challenging workouts that never get boring. No matter your goals, there’s someone here who truly knows how to help you improve. If you’re looking for a gym with great coaching, amazing energy, and a community that makes you actually excited to train — this is the place. Highly recommend.
I could not recommend this gym more highly. From the culture to the equipment, the team here has fostered an incredible place to work out and hone in on total wellness. I initially went in for PT for chronic ankle and knee issues from previous injuries; I had heard from a neighbor that I should check them out. Dr. Kevin has been nothing short of a game changer; he doesn't take a cookie cutter approach that you can rip from YouTube. He listens, takes creative approaches to, genuinely wants to see you thrive, and holds you accountable. I'm working out like a haven't in years. Check this place out, you won't be dissappointed.
Such a great community and gym! I’ve checked out so many different gyms and classes and this one is by far my favorite. The Hyrox classes are challenging in a really good way and they help you get stronger for Hyrox while being such a fun full body workout. I love the format and the vibe here. Everyone is genuinely welcoming and super encouraging. Definitely gonna keep coming and try more classes.
I would recommend checking out this gym. Dropped in for a 9am move class with some friends. The workout was challenging and I appreciated Kevin’s guidance throughout. The facility is really big with lots of equipment. The prices seem reasonable too - I pay more for 3 classes a week at my home gym than they charge for unlimited classes and extra benefits here. Thanks to Kevin for a great experience!
