Joined up at Rising Stars for a few months to check it out and get a good workout. Everyone there was super friendly, and the other members were so helpful and accepting to a beginner (especially an old one like me!) There was a good mix of amateur fighters and people just looking to learn like me. Open classes focused on both fitness and boxing training.
