I had a great experience with Elite Collision Repair through my insurance company. From start to finish, they were amazing. They returned my car on time and communicated clearly and in advance about when it would be ready, which made it easy for me to plan. They truly care about their customers—listening carefully to concerns, thoroughly inspecting the vehicle to ensure they fully understand the issue, and providing the best possible assistance. This included promptly sending estimates to the insurance company. Overall, they were very professional, cooperative, and helpful in every way. My case worker, Jon Dang, deserves special recognition. He is someone any company would be confident having on their team. He communicated effectively between me, Elite Collision, my insurance company, and the at-fault party’s insurance. Thanks to his professionalism and dedication, my car was repaired so well that it doesn’t even feel like it was ever in an accident. I have taken all of my vehicles to this shop for almost 20 years. Although the owners have changed the quality and service has stayed the same. I now live in Oklahoma and was hit in Tulsa. I took my car back to Colorado for repairs. This is the only shop I trust to do the repairs correctly. Paint and body work are excellent. Ed the painter is one of the best in the metro area with over 28 years of experience. Paint is always clean and color is always a perfect match. Jr always takes care of me with my claims. Antonio made sure my car was completed in the time frame I needed for repairs. I am never disappointed with the service I receive with this team. Thank you for continuing to do an excellent job.

I wish I could give zero stars. I had to bring my car back two different times after it was supposedly “fixed,” and the issues just kept adding up. The bottom plastic piece under my vehicle — which connects to the front bumper — wasn’t properly reattached, even though they insisted they never touched that area. They also claimed the bottom of my bumper was scraped whenever I took it back a second time to get it fixed but it was clearly just water marks. They said they aligned my car but I ended up having to get it aligned elsewhere. When I brought it up, they refused to take responsibility and tried to blame me, saying I “probably hit a pothole.” To top it all off, they lost my front license plate and bracket and once I received my new license plates I took it in to have the license bracket installed as well as installing the license plate and to make things worse they hadn’t even ordered the license bracket so I had to go back a third time for that to be installed. Overall my vehicle now seems to finally be done after 2 months that it supposedly was “done” and out of the shop. Mind you the damage wasn’t even bad it was just simply having to replace the front bumper due to hitting an animal, that’s it. It shouldn’t have been that complicated as they made it, something so small and simple turned out to be so frustrating. Overall, my experience was frustrating from start to finish. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and careless work. I would never bring my car back here and wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone.

Communicative customer service and phenomenal, detail-oriented work! My car looks like new after a severe hail storm shattered the windshield, broke out the tail light, and left countless craters all over the body. I am so impressed and grateful for their work!
