I needed to have my headlights replaced, so I reached out and called several different auto body shops. Antonio and the team at Elite were the first ones to be truly helpful. They got me in the same day (I already purchased my headlights and had them in my possession) and charged me very, very fairly for my simple repair. They were even courteous enough to help secure my bumper that came loose from a fender bender years ago free of charge. Pricing was incredibly fair, and the work was incredibly fast. Couldn't say enough nice things about them.

I had to replace a driver's side mirror that got knocked off. They gave me a quote over the phone, had the part ordered, painted to match our car, and installed in a few days. All for a reasonable price. Helpful and communicative staff. Certainly recommend them!

They returned my car on time and communicated clearly and in advance about when it would be ready, which made it easy for me to plan. They truly care about their customers—listening carefully to concerns, thoroughly inspecting the vehicle to ensure they fully understand the issue, and providing the best possible assistance. This included promptly sending estimates to the insurance company. Overall, they were very professional, cooperative, and helpful in every way. My case worker, Jon Dang, deserves special recognition. He is someone any company would be confident having on their team. He communicated effectively between me, Elite Collision, my insurance company, and the at-fault party’s insurance. Thanks to his professionalism and dedication, my car was repaired so well that it doesn’t even feel like it was ever in an accident.
