My vehicle was damaged in an accident and was still drivable, but not technically legal because I lost a tail light. The area the tail light belongs in was damaged beyond the point that I could do anything about it myself. Bill and his crew got the new tail light assembly and did the necessary body work to install that light and get me back on the road legally so I could get my truck back to my home state in a timely manner. Great work… Fast, friendly, and a real lifesaver for the situation I was in. Thank you, Bill!

I got directed by my insurance as my car got hit in a parking lot. The had to change to front bumper. Derek he was very attentive and helpful to guide me through this process I was expecting to get my car in a week but they did it in 2 days and I more than happy with the results. I highly recommend them!

Great job, text communications very helpful, repairs were completed 4 days before expected time and excellent customer service. The repairs looked fantastic! After picking up my car, a day later, I noticed a very small issue with the side far left rear panel that had been repaired. It was protruding out a little bit from the rest of the rear bumper. I took my car back for an unscheduled visit and it was fixed within 15 minutes or less. A small screw needed to be added to the rear panel that was missed. I'm very satisfied with the repair, customer service and ease of communication. Great 👍🏼 job Kaizen 👏. If ever needed, will come back and recommend others! Very satisfied customer!!! Felicia S

Very disappointed in my experience here. Was referred here for bodywork from Progressive. Communication with our estimator, Derek, was nonexistent for the first week. Was told vehicle would be ready on Friday afternoon according to estimator and app they use. Called Friday morning to check, as I hadn't heard back otherwise all week about pickup, so assumed we were good to go. Woman on phone assured me car would be ready by afternoon and Derek would call to confirm. No word all day. Called again at 4:30pm on Friday to see if car was ready so I could pickup before closing. Was told by Derek that car would not be ready until following Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). Then, I picked my car up on Tuesday. Turned on the car and airbag light was still on and padding around driverside door was hanging off. Was told Derek was out to lunch and was not available to look at now. Had to take car home and drive with airbag light on until I could bring in a second time. Second time bringing car in, was told it would be a quick fix. This was not the case and it took a couple days to repair. Never once was there an apology or an admission that they screwed up. I have informed Progressive about my concerns and hopefully they no longer refer customers to this company.
