I took a class with Coach Dave and had a wonderful experience. He guided us through great stretches and helped me work on kickboxing basics that I really needed. As a guy in my 40s with a family, I sought to learn Mixed Martial Arts and improve my health. After exploring several gyms in Houston and taking trial classes, I discovered Elite MMA. Elite MMA is an elite gym. My 8 year old son is been going for jujitsu since he was 3. I have been going for cardio kickboxing for 3 years. I will not recommend a better place for you or your child. They treat you like family. Best in Houston.

This place is just amazing! I have been here for a little over a month and am addicted to both the Jiu-Jitsu and Kickboxing training. I have taken martial arts classes before, but a long time ago, but the amount of care they take in properly training you before you just go out and start tumbling around is impressive. All of the other members in the classes are outstanding as well, and you truly feel in an instant that you are a part of something awesome. No one is too good to help or answer any questions you may have. I can already tell that I will be coming here for a long time and look forward to getting my son into the classes as soon as he is old enough to do it. Come by and check us out.
