I've been going to Elite Pilates for a couple months now, and I can honestly say it's been life changing. I've tried working out at the gym on my own and even with trainers many times, but nothing ever gave me real results. Most workouts just left me in pain. I have injuries from past accidents, plus joint and muscle pain from inflammatory disorders, so traditional gym workouts and "Mat Pilates" were too hard on my body. So much so that I would just quit. A friend recommended I try a free session at Elite Pilates, where they use pilates machines like the Reformer....and wow, what a difference! I could actually feel the burn exactly where I needed it, without hurting myself. The workouts didn't feel impossible, but they were so effective. Luisa and Hugo are incredible trainers....so kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. They always listen to my body's cues and help me find modifications when something doesn't feel right, but they also know exactly when to challenge me. I look forward to every single session and currently go three times a week. Honestly, if I could afford to go every day, I would! If you've struggled with injuries, pain, or workouts that just don't seem to work for you, Elite Pilates is absolutely worth a try.
